Utah First Credit Union is proud to announce the appointment of Nicole Sherman as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). As an esteemed C-level executive and financial board member, Nicole brings over 25 years of leadership and a track record of innovation and positive change to the organization.
Nicole is recognized as an architect of momentum with a reputation as a visionary and positive force in the industry. As a “leader builder,” she has significantly impacted organizations through her philosophy of “live on purpose, lead with intention.” Nicole’s dedication, work ethic, charisma, and high standards, coupled with her coaching and mentoring approach, inspire others to achieve greatness.

With an impressive career across organizations like Zions Bank, Columbia (now Umpqua) Bank, and Numerica Credit Union, Nicole has held key roles at the Chief, Executive, and Senior VP levels. She brings expertise in Retail and Digital Banking, Commercial and Business Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate Marketing and Communications, and more. Known for her superpower in connecting, recognizing, and motivating people, Nicole Sherman is poised to complement Utah First’s operational and service excellence.
