At Utah First, we’re always looking for ways to be significant in the lives of our members and our community. And what better time of year to be significant than the holiday season? Every year, Utah First and The Community Volunteers of Utah join forces to raise funds to buy shoes for local children in need. This year, we plan to donate 1,000 pairs of shoes and we need your help to “foot the bill” for Utah kids.
When you donate just $5 to the Utah First Warm the Soles fundraiser, you help provide 1,000 pairs of shoes for local kids this winter. That’s a small price to pay for all those toasty toes! Plus, giving is easy. You can put your best foot forward to help Utah kids in two simple steps.
Step 1: Stop by a Utah First branch or text (385) 465-3317.
Step 2: Make a $5 donation to help provide 1,000 pairs of shoes for Utah kids.
Every dollar raised will go directly to the purchase of shoes that will warm the soles of a Utah child this winter. Each pair of shoes will be carefully selected using the child’s gender, age and shoe size.
