The Top Workplaces Award, presented annually by The Salt Lake Tribune, recognizes organizations that excel at building positive, engaging workplace cultures. The rankings are powered by anonymous employee surveys conducted by Energage, which measure factors like leadership, alignment, communication, and trust.
Utah Business’ Best Companies to Work For award honors organizations with 25+ employees that score highly in anonymous staff surveys. Employees evaluate areas such as flexibility, benefits, management, growth opportunities, and overall job satisfaction.
In short: these awards aren’t chosen by judges behind closed doors. They’re earned from the inside out.
