We are so excited to announce another honor for an unprecedented ninth consecutive year. The institution has received the Crystal Performance Award, a distinguished honor presented by Raddon, A Fiserv Company, that sets Utah First Credit Union apart as one of the premier credit unions in the country. The award underscores their commitment to putting people first, contributing to its continuous success and industry recognition.
The annual Crystal Performance Award is a benchmark of credit union excellence, recognizing credit unions with a top 10 nationwide ranking based on a scorecard of financial factors like growth, income, and efficiency. In addition to financial metrics, Raddon considered factors such as sales and member relationships. Utah First stood out across the board. This year’s award is especially significant, serving as a standard for credit union performance during times of sustained inflation and post-pandemic recovery.
We are among the few credit unions in the state ever to earn the Crystal Performance Award — and securing this honor for nine consecutive years is an unparalleled feat. Of more than 500 institutions, Utah First has consistently ranked in the top 2–3% for its outstanding member-focused approach.
