I have banked with Utah First CU for many years and their customer service has been fantastic. One person in particular who has helped me with many transactions is Fin. Fin has gone the extra mile for me and I always appreciate him. He promptly responds to messages and emails and if he doesn’t know the answer he will find someone who does. Thank you, Fin, for making complicated transactions easier!

Just wrapped up refinancing my truck through Utah First Credit Union, and I’ve got to give serious credit to the two people who made it happen: Kierra and Crystal.

Kierra handled my truck loan from start to finish, and she absolutely crushed it. She was fast, clear, and on point with every detail. No guesswork, no delays — just straight answers and real help. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and got me a deal I’m honestly grateful for.

Crystal was the one who originally opened my account, and she set the tone from day one. Professional, welcoming, and dialed in. She made joining the credit union easy and made me feel like I wasn’t just another number walking through the door.

Between the two of them, this was hands-down the best banking experience I’ve had. If you’re thinking about a truck loan or joining a new credit union, Utah First — and especially Kierra and Crystal — is where you want to go.

I love it. Laura helped me open my accounts assisting me every step and updatingme. I love the office. Its very cozy and I was never bored waiting since the paintings and plants were beautiful.

Was looking to open an account and Elizabeth was more then helpful getting me through the process of getting an account open and told me all the perks and benefits of having an account, she was quick at getting my information and prompt with giving me a call back to see if I had any more questions

Was fast and easy to set up my account and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

So far my experience has been pretty great with Utah first credit union. Raleigh helped start my account and did a great job with transparency and helped make the process very clear.

Sign up was easy any my approval was quick, I was able to get a debit card in branch. Moved my direct deposit over and excited to be banking local, was treated so nicely and professionally. Definitely recommend.
