Where can I find my card rewards points balance?

Head to Digital Banking on your phone or computer and click on Card Rewards. You will need to have pop-ups enabled on your browser.

I want to pay off my credit card in full. Where can I find the payoff amount?

Within digital banking, click on the credit card, and scroll down to the details. Your current payoff amount, and previous statement balance are listed there.

What is the difference between payment date and process date for Bill Pay?

The Payment Date is the date the payment will arrive at the payee. The Process Date is the date the payment will come out of your account. The Process Date is usually one business day before the Payment Date.

Where can I see what is pending to be paid in Bill Pay?

Within digital banking click Payments, then Manage Payments. Pending transactions are listed under Pending.

Can I order checks online?

Absolutely! You will need to speak with one of our financial experts to order your first box of checks, but every box after that may be ordered within Digital Banking. Click on your checking account in Digital Banking, and find the option labeled Check Ordering.
