* To activate Cell Phone Protection, simply use your Utah First Credit Union Orange Platinum Visa to pay your monthly carrier bill. Coverage (as detailed below) is extended to each phone listed on the bill as long as you pay your cell phone bill(s) with the Orange Platinum Visa card.
Cell Phone Protection pays up to $125 per claim, with a maximum of 2 approved claims within a 12-month period which begins on the date of the first paid claim. 12-month claim limit is a maximum of $250 inclusive of accessories. Once your claim is approved, you will pay a nonrefundable deductible of $50 per claim. You can pay this deductible from a Utah First Credit Union checking account, as a charge to your Orange Platinum Visa, or in exchange for 5,000 Orange Platinum reward points. Your reimbursement will be deposited to your Utah First checking account or added as a credit to your Orange Platinum Visa.
